The diverse landscape of Devabhumi contains many environments, including towering icy mountains, scorching deserts, and dense jungles. The various tribes, principalities, and kingdoms of this land are roughly divided into three geographical locations: Uttara (north), Purva (east), and Daksina (south). The majority of inhabitants live in one of these locations. Different locations have their own subculture, language, and even different styles of weapons and armor. Devabhumi is a diverse, multicultural place where civilizations are often a blend of the myriad of people and beliefs that occupy it.
The Devabhumi Setting Guide includes a deep dive into the different nations, villages, and towns of this land. Every single place, even the smallest village, has a unique story and quest hooks for your players to explore.
The wilderness is a harsh, dangerous frontier with wandering Asuras, Bhootas, and other creatures of the night that prey on travelers. The wilderness also features benevolent spirits, intelligent Vaanar colonies, and meditating sages. The players may even encounter a wandering god, if they're lucky...

Hey there, thanks for backing the project. We are excited about the progress so far. The halfway point for funding the book isn't far away! After 60 hours, we're 46% funded! Over the next few days, we'll share the four podcasts we've been on promoting the book.
City Section - the Marketplace
We are partnering with Monster Fight Club* to showcase the adventure. Today we're showing another view of the marketplace where the story begins. In the center of the photo, two heroes are confronting a monster. In the book, we have a map of this area and give descriptions of the nearby establishments and marketplace. *Those amazing trees are from Monster Fight Club
